Please contact us if you wish to review any of our new publications by providing the title and ISBN of the book(s) requested together with your full postal address and specify the publication in which the review will appear. Limited numbers of evaluation copies are available. Occasionally, IIED publishes through external publishers, including: Routledge, Zed Books, Sage and Springer. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we are again posting print copies of publications to most places, although this might be subject to delays. We will send copies subject to stock availability and may charge postage and packing costs. These will take you to the relevant publisher and their distributor. Links to buy printed copies appear on Publications Library and where this option is available. Our environmental policy and efforts to avoid waste mean we don’t automatically print multiple copies of all our publications. If you wish to receive print copies of publications, email details of the publication you wish to order. Our publications are also available in a variety of languages, while a number have been translated. The library is designed to be as accessible and easy to use as possible by all users, including people with sight problems, or hearing, mobility or cognitive impairments. Users can also access our collection of briefings. Searches of our Publications Library are possible by title, theme, type, region or author.

The vast majority of these are available to view online or download free of charge. More than 7,000 publications are available from our Publications Library, an online, freely accessible search engine that contains a wide variety of resources ranging from research reports and briefings to discussion papers, case studies and books.
